The food was very good. I ordered the chicken teriyaki with noodles. Great flavor AND an amazingly large portion! The service was excellent and all of the personnel were friendly and very obliging! I would recommend this quiet, charming little restaurant for a great change of pace.

Great servings great food for the price even stuff for vegans. Made just the way I ask. Very friendly too and accommodating.

Here is an updated menu! This is the menu that hangs in a restaurant. I'm sorry that our paper menus are old and outdated but this is an accurate one for you. Very good food we do lunch till 3:30 we open up at 11:00 a.m. open most nights to 8: 30, weekends 9:30.

I had lunch at this establishment today, and it was delicious. The portion sizes are always enough for leftovers or even to share. The prices are amazing for quality and portion size. The food also came out fast, fresh, and hot. Family friendly but it can be very busy which can be a problem for some kids. Although that's expected for most dine in resturants. The staff is attentive and nice. The restaurant and bathrooms are always clean. Overall if you're looking for good food this is your place. I really need to start taking pictures of my food but I'm always starving

Food was good, Large Portions and usually enough for 2 persons or 2 meals. They don't have much variety, but what I have eaten has been very good.

We had a special order that needed to be picked up an hour earlier than they opened. They came in early and had the food waiting, hot and delicious, for me to pick up for an event of 50 people. Everyone loved the food!! We will definitely use them again for functions that we have. Thank you Ginger Hibachi.

There is one aspect of dining in Hibachi restaurants I find completely unnecessary--and that's the hibachi "show" in which diners gather with strangers around the grill to watch the meal prep and get doused in the heat (ala Benihana's and their numerous imitators). I prefer a Japanese diner where you sit in a booth and they bring you that style of food--quicker, cheaper, and without the show. This is what Ginger Hibachi is. Therefore they are way more economical and way quicker making them a solid choice for a relatively fast lunch that is way better than fast food. It's nice enough indoors too and the booths are comfy, the service is efficient and friendly. There are a few menu photos on this yelp page as of 3/2023 that have some incredible prices listed--unfortunately, these prices are no longer accurate. I'd say all dishes are about 30% higher now (3/2023) than they were whenever that photo was added. So, for example, expect to pay $12.95 for a mixed chicken-shrimp hibachi plate with your choice of rice or noodles. Add a couple of bucks a pop if you want a drink and/or an egg roll plus taxes and tip. So not the cheapest lunch around, but not outrageous either and totally fair for the quality of ingredients. I had a chicken and shrimp lunch sized hibachi plate and a glass of water for $13 pre tip. Food was out to me in less than 15 minutes. It's serve yourself for silverware and sauces--plenty of yum yum and soy sauce as well as real ramekins and flatware. If you check out my photo, you'll see the lunch portions are more than enough food. I imagine the dinner portions, for a few bucks more, are actually too much food for one person to eat for one meal. The spices were great, everything was perfectly cooked. The shrimp in particular packed a lot of flavor but the broccoli and rice were both well above average. There were a lot of menu items I'd like to try in the future as well. Definitely a place I'll revisit.

After visiting downtown Dickson the many times I've stopped by, I've finally tried Ginger Hibachi after a friend of mine recommended it, since she eats here often. I decided to try the chicken and shrimp hibachi lunch plate. Usually most Chinese and Japanese restaurants are subpar and average, so I wasn't expecting anything different. But I have to admit, there was something different about Ginger Hibachi. It was honestly really good, and you get a lot of food with it! I'm actually pretty excited to come back next time I visit Dickson.
